tag.name error #452

I think anytime you inadvertently save two notes with the same title you get the following error that paralyses the syncing process: EDAMUserException(errorCode=10, parameter='Tag.name')

Not sure how to solve this though any ideas?

Sorry it was actually tags that has the same name. Once it is deleted on the evernote server it is fine.
