Would be nice to have support for notebook stacks in an upcoming release.

Ah, if we use a QTreeView for the notebook view (instead of just for notes view) this could be done in a pretty clean / native way.

I might work on this after View all notes by tags because by then I will hopefully be already familiair with the Notebook view. I'll update this once I have more info. Update: I will start working on this soon.

Please note that this issue can't be closed yet:

creating a notebook under a stack is not yet possible
renaming/removing a stack is not implemented

I have moved Tag Stacks to #230, since the implementation issues are quite different here.

Access to shared notebooks would be good too. I know I've been on Evernote about this for months as they don't have that support across the platform. The Android apps have full shared notebook capability, but even their desktop interface doesn't (yet!).
