what is Filehandle GEN1 opened only for input at /usr/local/share/perl/5.26.1/IO/Tee.pm line 132. #328

After I ./tools/bin/tmake -build vmod, it comes out.

And then when I ran ./tools/bin/tmake -build ready_for_test, it comes out and nothing exists on outdir/build.log

what can I do?
