What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Update to version 16.6.2 of the library

Please check if your PR fulfills the following requirements:

[x] GeneratePackageOnBuild set to True for all packages which have changed (except Binding.Intercom.Xamarin) and False to all packages which have not
[x] Tested on all relevant platforms

Since there are possible issues, will not merge to master for now. edit: ok to produce a dev version
