Support `vanilla-extract` #150

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. vanilla-extract just got nominated in "The most exciting use of technology" category in Javascript Open Source Awards (similar to Jest Preview). It would be super cool to have Jest Preview support vanilla-extract out of the box

Describe how should jest-preview implements this feature Not sure yet
