ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY in sql_mode MySql option

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY in sql_mode variable in my.ini ([mysqld] section)
2. Restart MySQL server
3. Run mycheckpoint

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Regular run messages, no error

What is the output when running with the "--verbose --debug" options?
