Change git protocol to https. #396

Git protocal may cause problem on Windows. Refer to issue #395

This is implemented in my fork git-flow (AVH Edition) The last commit in the repository was on Sep 25, 2012, the last release was on on Feb 14, 2011, it seems this repo has been abandoned.

Debian and Ubuntu both, have switched to my fork for the package git-flow.

Checkout the changelog for more information about bugfixes and new features implemented in my fork.

Hi @petervanderdoes. It is interesting! I switched to your implementation as well. But under Windows installation wiki page, the link of downloading getopt is not working. Why not use the one which is provided by this repo's wiki. It's http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/util-linux-ng.htm.

Can you open an issue at my fork. I just checked both links on the wiki page and both work.
