Issue downloading Git-Flow for Windows #418

Is there a different link to download getopt.exe besides the util-linux package (site is down for the URL this points to http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/util-linux-ng.htm) so I can continue with downloading Git-Flow for windows?

Sourceforge is still down. Might be a good idea to migrate away from them.
