Additional patches for East Aasian Language #8

I'm sorry that the previous patch is not enough. It doesn't work properly because I forgot to fix a padding logic and reflow logic. So, I wrote additional patch to fix them.

Changes this large are a bit complicated to judge for me at first sight. Have you, at a minimum, considered adding test cases for your patch to the unit test file?

To help a little, 8472e84fe463ee98ff02f6ae0b37e08239ad9907 doesn't works for me with french accented chars (width of field is smaller than a next line in ascii after ,,f for example), I tried the three changes above and it stil does not works.
