Absent text in the help files

Describe the bug

Some text is not shown in the help files. I noticed so far that it's text surrounded by '|' or '*'. I tried different terminals with no results (alacritty, lxterm, xterm...) The bug is not visible when launching with zero config as root, so I guess it's from the plugins?

To Reproduce

1. Pulled master to latest commit
2. Launch neovim and open help (For example: :h lua-guide-autocommands)

Desktop

• OS: Arch linux x86_64 (Kernel 6.9.4-arch1-1)
• Terminal: alacritty 0.13.2

Neovim Version

NVIM v0.10.0 Build type: Release LuaJIT 2.1.1716656478
