Add an integration test, for all platforms (similar to the one in rocks.nvim) that verifies that rocks-dev.nvim can be bootstrapped by rocks.nvim.

Installs rocks.nvim
Adds rocks-dev.nvim + a test plugin in spec/fixtures to rocks.toml
- The test plugin should touch a success file when sourced
Start Neovim
verify that the success file exists.
