[error]: toml_edit not found #250

The latest release, 2.20.1, accidentally breaks the rocks installation. This is due to a misconfiguration in the toml-edit rock. A fix is underway, apologies to everyone who's affected.

This issue is a tracking issue until the problem is resolved.
