Fix file level test result status #44

This PR fixes file level test result status:

if all tests in file succeeded status is passed
if at least one is failed status is failed

Fixes #41

@sergii4 please go for it 👍🏿, I've forgotten some of the context of the code to know if there are any gotchas but it generally looks ok and you have tests which is a big improvement 🙌🏾
