Adds support for DAP #63

Adds support for DAP (Debug Adapter Protocol) to the neotest-go plugin. Now you can launch the debugger directly from the plugin interface.

Sorry, but I don't really maintain this plugin anymore. Certainly not actively by any means @sergii4 has the most recently been contributing and maintaining it. I don't have much time on hand to get involved, but if he hasn't responded after a while and I get a moment I'll try and have a look but unfortunately I maintain other plugins and don't have lots of time to spare
