case + normalize

Started working on this. With a scratch file. I will remove that file before merging.

I no longer think its worth it. It just introduces a lot of new problems just so you also match Ö when entering ö. Also its no longer fast.

I leave this open for some time and think about it. Maybe i come up with a different solution.

I did work on this a month ago but so much changed since then so there will be a take two on that were i start from scratch.

I just pushed my latest progress and will close this. https://github.com/nvim-telescope/telescope-fzf-native.nvim/pull/20 replaced this PR
