Material Icon Set #392

Following #391 and #192 we will have icons defined by css class with seti icons used wherever possible, replacing material design icons.

Add an alternate set using material wherever possible:

  1. Bundled, selecting via setup
  2. New extension plugin

1 requires more maintenance however 2 will lag in additions and fixes.
