fix: update rust icon #415

Replaces nf-dev-rust icon with nf-md-language_rust as it renders better on the Kitty terminal.

This is not properly documented or advised however we are aiming to use seti for the defaults, with md set to follow: #391

Does nf-seti-rust  render as expected?

They all look identical with hack nerd font mono: 20240314_122410
