Feat: added additional plugins info when using lazy.nvim #370

This PR adds additional info to the dashboard when using lazy.nvim

Added:

Startuptime
Number of plugins loaded vs total

Thoughts:

Could we display similar info when using packer.nvim?
Display Startuptime only when displaying Dashboard at startup?

Thanks for reviewing @glepnir

I have been using this for a few days with Lazy and Hyper and did not face/see any issues. If you are happy with the way things are displayed on the screenshot above and the changes I have made, I can work on displaying the same info for packer.nvim.

maybe will broken after few days new version is a refactor. all themes will split to a single repo.
