Check battletag lenght in !me command and !btag command #3

If lenght/format for return function is not satisfactory, inform user (also helps preventing an error with Discord message builder with a blank space as battletag).

This is caused by typing a double space after command.

Kind-of fixed in https://github.com/kitsun8/K8Directoriino/commit/2c2c944f133a9f92d05adee6295bd52fb3cd2514

This update checks if a profile is found with that battletag.
