Fixes #247

Description

• Removed cspacers (opinionated and redundant)
• Removed background-cover() mixin (useless and done wrong)
• Removed src/scss/pages folder and files (shouldn't be used)
• Changed $bs-colors array to $theme-colors to match bootstrap's (override bootstrap colors correctly)
• Removed breakpoints.scss (redundant, use bootstrap's)
• Updated $grid-breakpoints and $container-max-widths to reflect modern practices
• Updated spacers to include 'half' and '3half' options.
• Changed gutter width to 2rem to work better with padding and margin options.

How Has This Been Tested?

Made updates, ran build process. Successfully built.
