fix naming #114

Casa "hodl" is only our twitter account, not company name. We've been trying to get that fixed but Jack won't give us @casa!

Want to add something like (former "Casa Hodl") on title or bellow it? Folks get confused with company name changes as the years go by...

The company's name has never been "Casa Hodl" :-P

It's just a misconception because people are so familiar with our twitter handle.
