Update AirGap Wallet #177

AirGap now supports SegWit and PSBTs.

I also added AirGap Vault, which is a DYI HW wallet (can be installed on a dedicated offline phone, raspberry pi, etc.) and is now compatible with other SW wallets because it supports PSBTs.
