Update with new Relai Information from Mail Support. I was able to successfully import my Relai Wallet (BIP39, P2WPKH) into Electrum 3.3.8 on macOS using this information. Electrum 4.2.2 did not work, only after creating the wallet file with the old 3.x version was the new 4.x version able to open and manage the wallet.
