Re-added FAQ, github-pages config and some contribute info #55

Looks like secondary pages (eg. FAQ) need .html added to their link.

Should be ok to merge this now.

Does it compile the Markdown having that extension?

FAQ.md compiles to FAQ.html

It’s just the link in page header needed the .html

Did the simpler route. root FAQ.md, works now https://walletsrecovery.org/FAQ
