Offline access to private keys checkbox #70

Not sure if you want this on the extended section or the main table but some wallets, especially the mobile ones, require connectivity to a central server to even gain access to the wallet and individual private keys. I think this is worth including as sweeping private keys from a defunct wallet can be an easy way for users to get access to their funds. Feedback welcome.

Green for sure. Copay too I believe. Main issue is the number of wallets that don't let you enter them when you are offline.

Seems like will be just a few, maybe better to document that in /wallets/green.md & /wallets/copay.md
