Only JSON for MML #1

I'm not seeing much reason to require XML compatibility for MML, what's the reasoning here?

Changed to: "Map CSS MML spec can be implemented in either JSON and XML formats" in d2d45aa..b31c7ed .

MM and I see the continued support of XML MMLs in Cascadenik as an core useful thing. The ability to write comments in, and temporarily comment out, in the MML is a life saver for us, again and again. We love JSON, but unless you scrub the JSON before processing it, that's hard to do? Trying to make the Map CSS more of a spec, with suggested implementations, rather than tied to a specific implementation.
