There is a hole between Bosnia Herzegonvia and Serbia in this map. It lacks the east part of Republika Srpska that must be included in Bosnia Herzegovina shape.

Thanks for your note. Looks like all the 3.0.0 admin-0 themes suffer from this same bug :\

Please use the 2.x series until this error is fixed. For instance: https://github.com/nvkelso/natural-earth-vector/blob/master/archive/ne_10m_admin_0_sovereignty_2.0.0.zip
