UN recognized countries #107

I am typing this up here, for the record, but it was submitted as case VUU6SPXXE4 on naturalearthdata.com

I need to prepare map for UN purposes now and then, and there are main problems with the existing database. There are some strict guidelines on what can be presented on UN maps.

For country maps (e.g. choropleths, with joined in UN statistics data) the country codes needs to match the recognized territories, so Somaliland should have the same code as Somalia.

I just forked the repo, and I will start looking into this... Shouldn't be too difficult.

This should be done in the Excel file indicating which building blocks assemble into countries, not in the polygons (output).
