expected quality: pre-checked ; "cherry picked" ... but not perfect as usual

Some lesson learned:

Wikidata "port" data (and data model) is not so polished yet and the 1:1 matching is hard.
- a lot of "port city" without "port" tags.
- I have found some airports :)
  - "port (Q44782)" --> naval base (Q1324633) --> naval air station (Q6981985)
- "warf" | "marina"-"yacht harbor" | "harbour museum" | "ancient port" | "liquefied natural gas terminal" is not a valid NE port
