The Estonian-Russian Border extends deep into Estonian Territory #882

The yellow line is where the ne_10m_admin_0_countries shapefile places the border between Russia and Estonia. The red line is where the border actually is. The Natural Earth border cuts through the town centre with a population of 57K people.

The Estonian Land Board has shapefiles which could help correct this issue.
