Niue capital Alofi ISO 3166 code should be NU not NZ

In ne_10m_populated_places.zip (and maybe the 2 other versions) the entry of Alofi (ne_id: 1159151741) should be NU (Nuie) not NZ (New Zealand).

Avarua, the capital of Cook Islands have the correct ISO 3166 code (CK, not NZ).

If one can explain how can I help to correct this, I think I can submit a PR.
