Two upper segments of Þjórsá are tagged as Drau, which actually is located in Slovenia.

Are the northern continuations of the main fork river also named Þjórsá? Does the southern fork of the river have it's own name?

Apparently the main fork is Þjórsá to the source. The southern fork is called Kaldakvísl see e.g. this map
