Add library folder picker #12

Using 2 media folders sorted in 2 different ways, it would be benefic to re-add the options to be able to choose between them.

I think it would be really great to have the option to pick "Folders" — if this is what the suggestion is about.

Subsonic/libresonic/airsonic allows to add different shared folders, and it would be nice if Audinaut would allow to limit the search/library to a particular folder. The Ultrasonic app (which I cannot use because of a bug it has) does exactly that, and it works very well for me!

It could default to using all folders, in which case the current functionality would be retained as the default.
