Now Playing screen has a out-of-place drop-down #17

There is occasionally an out-of-place drop-down on the Now Playing screen. The artist listed in the drop down is also not matching the currently playing one.

App version: Audinaut git 08e772 Device: OnePlus 3T OS: LineageOS 14.1 by SultanXDA 20170607
