When uploading images to the chat, we want to create at least 1 thumbnail so the user doesn't have to download the full image.

Acceptance Criteria

Cloud function to resize image on upload
Render thumbnail to chat instead of full image
When the user clicks the thumbnail in the chat, it should open full image in new tab
