UnsatisfiedLinkError on Galaxy Ace

I am going with the assumption that the native libraries are compiled for a 
newer ARM CPU than what I have on here, but unsure as I don't see a list of 
requirements anywhere. Google Market shows that the app is incompatible.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and run VimTouch.apk (1.1).
2. VimTouch extracts Vim runtime.
3. VimTouch tries to launch, and instead force closes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hoped to see VimTouch in all its glory, instead it force closes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
VimTouch 1.1, on a Galaxy Ace, running Android 2.3.4.

Please provide any additional information below.

I get a similar error under Android 2.3.7 (CyanogenMod 7) on HTC Wildfire S.

I see a similar error under CyanogenMod 7.1 on Nook Color.
I believe there may be related status bar crash.
