[CANVAS FULL] không full hết screen #19

@thanhtungtnt @lamanhdai , không biết tại sao khi khởi tạo canvas nó lại chừa một phần trắng (khoảng 5px) ở left và top chứ ko full màn hình, anh em có ai gặp TH này ko? https://gyazo.com/30240a8f8e4433ba621d0860583869f6

@lamanhdai @thanhtungtnt , Sorry anh em đã biết lỗi: do ko reset CSS, mặc định trình duyệt set margin padding 1 số thuộc tính nhất định cho body :D - lỗi cơ bản
