Bug? Wrong timeline panel position. #54

I'm not sure it's a bug but sometimes, I don't know way, the timeline panel appears very far to the touch controller. It would be useful if it could be placed and visualized like the settings panel, close to the controller and following the touch rotation and translation position.

The intended behavior is that the timeline appears in the same position relative to you as it was in when you last closed it, but I can see how that could not be what you want sometimes. Also you're totally right, there is a inconsistency with the brush menu. It's on our todo list before release to fix that, but if it's consistently annoying for you I can bump it up in priority.

I used to open and work on the timeline panel many many times during my animation work so it would be very useful if you could bump it up in priority. Thanks!
