So none of these P01 codes qualify for mapping to the existing P35 as far as I know. Please could you put thumb up if you agree or comment below if you see reason to include these P01 in the mappings.
For the oxygen parameters: DOXYMOD1 Saturation of oxygen {O2 CAS 7782-44-7} in the water body [dissolved plus reactive particulate phase] by model prediction Exclude >> oxygen saturation values cannot be aggregated with concentration of oxygen values; also, it is simulated data ("model prediction") and not in situ data so would be excluded anyway DOXYUCKG Concentration of oxygen {O2 CAS 7782-44-7} per unit mass of the water body [dissolved plus reactive particulate phase] by Sea-Bird SBE 43 sensor and no calibration against sample data Exclude >> the data are not calibrated DOXYSCKG Concentration of oxygen {O2 CAS 7782-44-7} per unit mass of the water body [dissolved plus reactive particulate phase] by Sea-Bird SBE 43 sensor and calibration against sample data Should have been included; not sure why it was excluded in the first place; I will check; could have been an oversight
Hi @gwemon, I have reviewed the Salinity parameters that are included in P35 (http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/P35/current/EPC00001/). There are 4 P01 that regard the Salinity standard deviation and therefore should be excluded: PSSDCU02, PSALSD01, PSSDBSTX, PSSDCU01

Marilena also requested addition of CPHLINTC but the data are integrated over the water column hence no compatible for integration with chl-a concentrations per unit volume.

I missed the fact that there is actually a P35 code for oxygen saturation: http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/P35/current/EPC00003/ - still the proposed parameter addition cannot be implemented because this code is for data derived from a model simulation.
