Solution needed to solve issue of maintenance and reliability of P35 to P01 mappings #37

It was noticed that some recently created P01 that should have a mapping to P35 do not. Need to come up with an easy way to maintain those mappings.

This needs will need to be discussed with the EMODnet chemistry technical steering group. It isn't possible to do it in an automated way from the BODC side. It could be done by the OGS team manually using the vocab editor or we need to review the use of P35 and/or maybe investigate the use of smart mapping for the EMODnet chemistry aggregation or eutrophication parameters.
