H05 vocabulary. Additional material code for Polycarbonate #49

@gwemon @mmolinajack @mattevi78 Hi Gwen, ICES WGML and ICES Data Centre suggest adding a reference in the H05 list for polycarbonate (PC) that is found in the microlitter surveys As suggested by Eugenia and Matteo, the reference is also found in the ISO Plastics vocabulary [https://www.iso.org/obp/ui#iso:std:iso:472:ed-4:v1:en] as below, and can be implemented in the H05.

2.730 polycarbonate PC polymer in which the repeated structural unit in the chain is of the carbonate type

Sounds good to me thanks @Osanna123 @mmolinajack or @mattevi78 could you create a new entry in H05 issue with your proposed definition? shall we just use the one from ISO with a reference to the source?
