Issues Templating 2021 #13

Place for VIPT to discuss new templates desirable for this repo. and the text/questions/etc each should contain. May also discuss possible useful labels.

PPr: suggest to have issue templates for new term (prefLabel, definition), term modifications (which term, why), other questions

VIPT is reviewing OBIS content for the usage of measurementType, measurementTypeID, measurementValue, measurementValueID, measurementUnit, measurementUnitID, for which PPr has developed MoF statistics https://reports.obis.org/mof/ and viewer https://mof.obis.org/.
