Hello, could you review: https://github.com/nvs-vocabs/P01/issues/227 before the next OBIS Vocab meeting please?

mapped the first 6 Q01 terms to their newly created P01 terms. The mappings (owl#sameAs) will be live in the NVS tomorrow. Let me know if clear to deprecate the Q01 terms.
