NTR: Request for new particle analysis terms (BODCNVS-1246) #106

We have had a request for the following proposed terms:

Abundance of macrofauna [Size: >1000um] per unit area of the bed by sieving (square mesh) Abundance of macrofauna [Size: >1000um] per unit area of the bed by sieving (round mesh) [Mapped to P02: MFAB, P06: UPMS]

For the 'Abundance of macrofauna' terms we will create two new S03 codes - documented here: /nvs-vocabs/S03/issues/4:

Preferred label - square-mesh sieving, picking Preferred label - round-mesh sieving, picking

For the 'Proportion by dry weight of particles terms', instead of specifying 'by sieving', here we are proposing to create a new S03 code - documented here: /nvs-vocabs/S03/issues/5:

Preferred label - drying, wet sieving <63um, dry sieving >63um

And then append S04 'gravimetry': http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/S04/current/S0414 to the P01.
