P01 codes linked to Metals in sediment concentrations (P02=MTSD) not visible in NEMO software (among others) #2

The reason for this was that MTSD was deprecated back in 2010 but subsequently used in mappings to P01 codes. The mappings of P01 codes to P02=MTSD were necessary in order to better align P36-P02-P01 for the discovery and selection of CDIs and P01 codes related to metal contaminants in sediments.

The reactivation of MTSD has been approved.

Status of MTSD changed from "deprecated" to "accepted" and changes published on the NVS: http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/P02/current/MTSD/

Currently missing the mappings to the upper level in the SeaDataNet Parameter Thesauri. These have now been added in the database (P03::C035 and P03::G035). They will appear on the NVS after the next refresh today.
