Replace/correct occurrences of "Degrees" Kelvin #10

We still had a couple of records in P06 that referred to Kelvins as "Degrees Kelvin". These have now been corrected and the corrections will appear after the next NVS refresh as follows. http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/P06/current/UPKA/ preferred label was corrected; http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/P06/current/DKPM/ was deprecated and replaced by http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/P06/current/KPMT/
