Deprecate "Lipid-normalised concentration" and replace by "Concentration" #48

We are changing the structure of P01 codes related to lipid-normalised concentrations of contaminants in biota (see for example: http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/P01/current/HCBLCF30/). A new S02 (containing terms that express the relationship between the property of an object and the matrix in the P01 semantic model) has been created for "per unit mass of lipids" (https://github.com/nvs-vocabs/S02/issues/1) and will be used to restructure the P01 preferred label of those P01 codes.
