New S06 term for previously unmodelled 'Sea-floor depth (below mean sea level)'

To support the creation of one new P01 term.

@gwemon investigating how sea floor depth parameters should best be modelled.

This term is no longer required as the P01 term this S06 was required for has been modelled differently.
