Add mention of including a replay for bugs/leaderboards #372

Probably not worth mentioning on the welcome message. Perhaps in the Information area? Or perhaps not at all.

Not going to bother. We send people to the necessary places. We can only hope they read any instructions.

This could go into the tips section. As a reminder to include the screenshot/replay if a game is leaderboard worthy. See #384.

Not needed. The rules for the leaderboards are there. And we want to encourage more bug reports. Forcing inclusion of a replay would probably cause people to not bother.
