Add ability to rotate a player's orientation

This would be nice although the game can be rotated about its axis whilst we orbit The Helical Movement about the Sun so adding Rotation Lock would be nice for a different view!

I guess that's a joke? But I'm fairly certain that the camera cannot be simply be locked in a sense that prevents use of keys such as Insert or Delete. But I need to look into it more in the future. If it is a simple camera issue, then that's that. Most likely it isn't. And everything will need to be rotated accordingly.
